Community member residents will be treated with the respect that they deserve and service with a smile is how the VVC member residents remember the good life. With access to restaurants, pubs, dining facilities a healthy menu that includes organic foods as well as a 24-hour snack provider, the VVC member resident will never worry about a lack of variety in food and beverage oriented social venues or a change in their dietary habits.
CUSTOM KITCHENS & ADA BATHROOMS
The active senior is usually seeking a bit of change in their living environments when they retire. A well equipped state of the art kitchen is a must in all of the Site-Built and Garden Homes and a smaller version will be included in the Condo-Townhome units. ADA built bathrooms are also a must for each residence so that when the need arises a member resident won't necessarily have to move into a different segment of the VVC Community.
SOCIALIZE in STYLE!
The member resident will have access to several different venues within each community where family and friends can congregate. Relaxing areas for wine tasting's, piano bar, movie nights, book clubs, hobby classes and more will assist the members to celebrate their hobbies, passions or maybe a second career together in a clean and aesthetically pleasing environment built with safety and security in mind. Assisted Living residents as well as Garden Home residents can mingle together at all venues within the VVC community.
