The La Casita Villages is a New "Tiny Home" Development in Grant County, New Mexico within the extended zone near the Town of Silver City. The "Tiny" Home Village will consist of 6 different sizes and models on 60 acres of beautiful views and access to walking and hiking trails and public transportation to the heart of downtown Silver City as well as other shopping and dining venues in and around Silver City.
The sizes of the tiny homes will range from 12' x 16' to 16' x 32' or 192 Sq. Ft. to 512 Sq. Ft. Most will include lofts and a second entrance/exit. Amenities will include a solid foundation, semi-custom fixtures, appliances, gated yard with xeriscape and synthetic grass, carports, storage and the option of solar, gas or electric power.
Each home option will be built on-site and does not include wheels so that the home is constructed with an immovable foundation. The community and all of its homes will be built using LEED guidelines and when available upcycled or recycled materials.

The La Casita Development is in a pre-registration phase and is now taking reservations for 360 Homesites. There will be 6 divisions including 6 similarly styled models with semi-custom revision variables to create the home you can embrace forever.
You will have the option to buy outright your lot and home, or you can lease to buy or finance your home as the Vista Visions Communities organization has aggregated financing for each lot and home. Each lot will range from 3,000-5,000 sq. ft. and all lots will have road frontage for easy access. The community is gated and will have a guard shack on the premises for verified entry to the community. Don't wait, models will be available for view soon!

However, when plans are approved for the division by the county of Grant, a minimum of a 50% deposit will be required. Financing options will be sent via your email address. You will also receive the sub-development profile and as well as have the opportunity to choose which lot and home style you require. Remember only 360 lots are available!
